As a strengths-based therapist, I aim to nurture these essential elements, fostering a space where clients can discover their inherent goodness and embrace self-compassion as a guiding force. One of the joys of my work is witnessing clients recognize the reservoirs of strength and resilience already within them. It's about helping you see that light, even in the darkest moments, and guiding you towards embracing it.


My Approach

I draw from a range of approaches to explore together how your experiences have shaped you, and to provide guidance while uncovering and adapting patterns and coping strategies that no longer serve you. Understanding how our past influences our present allows us to navigate towards change and growth, and it’s in these moments of insight that transformation begins to take root. I also utilize techniques from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to provide invaluable tools and uncover patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that might be holding you back. I will support you in realigning with your core values and embracing ways of thinking and living that feel more sustainable for you.

who i work with

I offer therapy for individuals, couples and families who are working through anxiety, depression, body image and self-esteem issues, life transitions, and career challenges.

Rates

Session fees are $120 for a 50-minute session.

I also have sliding scale slots available, to help make therapy more accessible for my clients, and can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.

How i work

My approach is integrative and I utilize techniques and ideas from various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic and existential approaches.

Above all, the basis of my work centers on building a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients. My aim is to co-create a therapeutic journey just for you, one that supports your growth and feels right.
